TNVS driver found dead in car in Quezon City

MANILA, Philippines — A transport network vehicle service (TNVS) driver was found dead in his car in Quezon City, police said on Monday.
According to the Quezon City Police District (QCPD), another TNVS driver found the body on Monday morning in the vehicle parked along Miriam Defensor Santiago Avenue in Barangay Bagong Pag-asa.
The witness sought assistance from security guards in the area, who then reported it to police.
The QCPD said crime scene operatives proceeded to inspect the location.
“A cursory examination was also done on the victim’s body, and it was determined that there were no signs of external wounds,” the QCPD said in Filipino.

“The remains will undergo an autopsy examination to determine the actual cause of their death,” it added.
Apart from the cause of death, police have yet to determine when the victim died.
